We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service that makes every visitor feel valued and cared for.

* Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly phone etiquette and personalized service.
* Manage reservations efficiently.
* Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person.
* Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all procedures adhere to hotel policies and emergency protocols.
* Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
* Support night audit processes.
* Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless guest relations and uphold high standards of hospitality management.

Pay: From $* per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
