*Job Responsibilities*

The Team Leader is responsible for leading the team and ensuring job expectations and process follow-ups are met.

* Provide training to team members on safety, quality, accuracy, and agility.
* Assign daily tasks to team members or make adjustments as necessary.
* Coordinate breaks for all team members on the shift.
* Handle cash management processes, register operations, vault reconciliation, change orders, and deposits.
* Ensure proper inventory rotation and process orders as needed.
* Approve transactions for team members on registers according to pre-established guidelines.
* Address immediate guest complaints, working to resolve and recover their satisfaction.
* Support the restaurant's operational and financial goals.
* Oversee the general cleanliness of the restaurant.
* Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly checks (e.g., Safe Daily Criticals, ERQAs, temperature controls) and make adjustments as needed.
* Ensure a smooth transition to the next shift.

*Qualifications and Requirements:*

* High School Diploma
* Ability to maintain eye contact and engage with guests enthusiastically
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to serve team members
* Strong commitment to superior customer service
* Ability to manage team member behavior and performance issues
* Ability to work in a team environment with shared responsibility and ownership
* Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or assistant manager is preferred, but not required
