Must be fully bilingual, punctual, good customer service skills. Must be able to work weekends and holidays and must be flexible as to changes in schedule. Must be able to work standing, climb stairs and ladders and carry boxes when necessary. ($* p/h ) Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases. (Only when required) Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately. (Only when required) Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability. Demonstrate product knowledge and promote sales through effective upselling techniques. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience. Utilize bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base and improve communication. Summary As a Floater, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales in our retail environment. Your core skills in restocking, maintaining inventory, maintenance of areas, cash handling, retail sales, and effective communication will enable you to assist customers, manage transactions, and maintain stock levels up to date on a daily basis. With a focus on upselling and product knowledge, you will enhance the shopping experience while contributing to store performance.
