Rental Runner Agent

*Overview*

As a Rental Runner Agent, you'll keep rental vehicles ready for customers and help each rental experience run smoothly. You'll move vehicles, support front desk and sales activities, and maintain accurate inventory and records. Your impact: By keeping vehicles organized, clean, and available, you help customers get on the road with less hassle.

*Duties*

* Move and park vehicles using standard passenger car operation; assist with maintenance coordination and vehicle readiness.
* Support inventory management and inventory control, including vehicle checks, data entry, and administrative tasks.
* Deliver customer service in person and by phone, using clear communication and professional phone etiquette.
* Assist with retail sales, outside sales, marketing, negotiation, and sales management activities as assigned.
* Handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving items, while following safe work practices.

*Requirements*

* Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills; comfort with public speaking and phone communication.
* Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel; experience with data entry and administrative work is helpful.
* Retail math knowledge and experience in front desk, retail sales, or sales are useful.
* Automotive rental industry experience and inventory management experience are preferred.
* Required bilingual abilities

Pay: From $* per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
