*Job Summary*
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Supply Chain Center Operations to lead our high-volume Supply Chain Center, overseeing both warehouse distribution and commercial pizza dough manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, warehouse management, cold-chain logistics, food safety, and team leadership. This individual will be responsible for operational efficiency, product quality, inventory control, on-time deliveries, cost management, regulatory compliance, and employee development.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Oversee daily pizza dough manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, and distribution operations.
* Ensure product quality, food safety, sanitation, and compliance with applicable FDA, OSHA, HACCP, and GMP requirements.
* Manage receiving, storage, order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and fleet performance.
* Monitor operating budgets, labor costs, productivity, waste, and key performance indicators.
* Supervise and develop production, warehouse, transportation, and administrative personnel.
* Coordinate employee schedules, payroll, vacations, and staffing requirements.
* Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, control costs, and maintain excellent service to Domino's stores.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Food Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of operations leadership experience, preferably in food manufacturing, commercial baking or dough production, and warehouse distribution.
* Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, GMPs, inventory control, and cold-chain logistics.
* Experience managing budgets, employees, and operational performance.
* Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work on-site and support multi-shift operations as needed.
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

* *Annual salary:* $45,000–$55,000, based on experience and qualifications.
