*Job Overview*
As a Housekeeping/Turndown Services team member, you'll prepare guest rooms and shared spaces to feel clean, comfortable, and welcoming. You'll complete daily housekeeping and evening turndown tasks, use cleaning equipment safely, and respond courteously to guest requests. This active role involves standing, bending, pushing equipment, and handling supplies.
*Duties*
* Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas; vacuum, mop, and perform floor care.
* Make beds, refresh linens and amenities, and provide turndown service according to room standards.
* Operate and maintain cleaning equipment; handle chemical agents according to product labels and safety data sheets (SDS).
* Lift and move supplies safely, report maintenance concerns, and follow hotel safety and emergency procedures.
* Your impact: Consistent, thorough room care helps guests enjoy a comfortable stay and supports a welcoming hotel environment.
*Skills*
* Essential: Cleaning skills, attention to detail, safe manual handling, and ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting.
* Essential: Customer service skills, sanitation practices, and safe chemical handling.
* Preferred: Hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial experience; familiarity with hotel housekeeping management.
* Preferred: Floor cleaning, vacuuming, floor care, cleaning equipment, industrial cleaning, or housekeeping management experience.
Pay: $* per hour
