Ensure construction and development projects throughout Palmas del Mar complying with ARB endorsements, Design and Development Guidelines, and community standards. This position is essential to maintaining the architectural integrity and long-term value of our community. This position supports the ARB Director through field observations, project follow-up, and consistent application of ARB standards.
Requisitos:
2-3 years in construction field review, project coordination, compliance, or community development. BS in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, urban planning (PREFERRED) or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
