*Job Overview*

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Supervisor to lead our retail team and ensure smooth store operations. As a key leader on the floor, you will oversee daily activities, manage staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your energetic approach and strong management skills will drive sales, maintain inventory accuracy, and foster a positive shopping environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while contributing to the success of a vibrant retail team.

*Responsibilities*

* Supervise daily store operations, including sales floor activities, inventory management, and customer interactions
* Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management
* Oversee employee orientation, interviewing, hiring processes, and onboarding to build a strong retail team
* Manage payroll, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate financial transactions
* Coordinate purchasing, pricing strategies, and inventory control to optimize stock levels and product presentation
* Ensure compliance with company policies on merchandising, stocking, marketing, and operational procedures
* Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

*Experience*

* Proven supervisory experience in the retail industry with a focus on sales team management and operational oversight
* Strong background in retail math including sales management, and inventory control
* Demonstrated ability in employee recruitment, training & development, and managerial communication
* Familiarity with POS systems and wireless sales environments.
* Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous for engaging diverse customer bases
* Experience in cashiering and cash handling.
* Excellent organizational skills combined with time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: From $* per hour
