Bilingual Trolley Tour Ticket Seller, Sales

Job Overview

We are looking for an outgoing, high-energy *people person* with a natural sales drive to join our open-air trolley team at Plaza Colón. In this dynamic hybrid role, you will serve as the frontline face of our operations—welcoming guests, answering tour questions, driving ticket sales, and ensuring safety both on the ground and on the move.

If you are quick on your feet, highly organized, situationally aware, and thrive in an active outdoor environment under the Puerto Rican sun, bring your energy and let's get to work

Key Responsibilities

* *Customer Service & Sales:* Greet visitors at Plaza Colón, answer questions about our historic tours, and actively drive ticket sales.
* *Ground Operations:* Assist with departures, arrivals, and parking maneuvers. Guide passengers safely during boarding and deboarding, ensuring no one trips or falls, and securely lock down the trolley once parked.
* *On-Board Security & Communication:* Ride on the back of the final trolley to provide rear security. Use a loud horn and clear hand signals to prevent vehicles from crowding or hitting the trolley from behind, and coordinate directly with the driver via walkie-talkie.
* *Team Support:* Help teammates maintain a smooth, safe, and efficient daily operation. Remain alert and capable of standing while the trolley is in motion.

Qualifications & Requirements

* *Bilingual:* Fluent in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with international and local visitors.
* *Personality:* Outgoing, friendly, sales-driven, and adaptable with quick action-reaction skills and total situational awareness.
* *Physical Stamina:* Able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors under the sun while the trolley is moving.
* *Organization:* Highly organized with a proactive approach to safety and customer service.

Company Policies & Perks

* *Safety First:* All necessary safety equipment is provided.
* *Drug-Free Workplace:* We are a strict non-drug company. Smoking or drinking alcohol during shifts is strictly prohibited.
* *Environment:* A fun, friendly, and fast-paced team experience.
