*Position Summary*

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Elementary School Teacher for first grade level, to join our faculty. The ideal candidate is passionate about early learning, skilled at creating engaging lessons, and able to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons in English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
* Create a safe, positive, and well-organized classroom environment that supports every learner.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with varied abilities and English proficiency levels.
* Assess student progress regularly and use data to guide instruction.
* Communicate consistently with parents and guardians about student progress and well-being.
* Collaborate with grade-level teams, specialists, and administration.
* Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
* Maintain accurate records, grades, and reports in a timely manner.

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
* Minimum 1 year of classroom teaching experience preferred; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
* Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools.
* Must pass a background check and provide required documentation (Certificate of Good Conduct, health certificate, 300 Law certificate, drug test, etc.).
