GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for supporting warehouse operations through the receipt, storage, inventory handling, and distribution of materials, supplies, and equipment while maintaining inventory accuracy, safety standards, and organized warehouse conditions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials and products according to established procedures.
•Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery to internal customers, operational areas, and third-party carriers.
•Assist in inventory counts and reconciliation activities, reporting discrepancies or irregularities as identified.
•Maintain storage areas organized, properly labeled, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
•Perform daily inspections of forklifts and other warehouse equipment before use and report any operational issues.
•Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment following established safety practices.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:
• Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices.
• May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. No previous warehouse experience required.
Certifications / Licenses:
• A Driver's License valid in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is required.
• Valid forklift operator certification or ability to obtain certification within the probationary period.
Other: Availability to work rotating shifts and travel throughout the Island.
Languages:
Spanish – Intermediate (comprehensive, writing and verbal)
English – Basic (comprehensive, writing and verbal)
