Junior Property Manager

Support capital improvement projects, coordinate repair and maintenance activities, work closely with vendors and contractors, and help ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained building operations.
Requisitos:
Studies in Electrical Engineering. | Experience in property management, facilities operations, engineering support, construction coordination, or a related field | Bilingual in English and Spanish | AutoCAD with the ability to create drawings, sketches, and design modifications. | Basic electrical and mechanical engineering knowledge, including familiarity with building systems and equipment operations. | Ability to supervise, coordinate, and support a maintenance team of at least 10 technicians.
