Job Title: Houseperson

The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 24/7, requiring flexibility and adaptability to changing business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Room Management: Collect the daily room assignment report and key, ensuring all keys are returned at the end of the day.
Noise Control: Minimize noise in guest areas to respect guests' privacy and comfort.
Room Cleaning: Clean guest rooms in accordance with established procedures to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
Public Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Supplies Management: Restock room supplies and amenities as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
Reporting Issues: Report any maintenance issues or concerns regarding guest rooms to the housekeeping supervisor.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the housekeeping team to meet the hotel's cleanliness standards and operational goals.
Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to promote a friendly atmosphere, encouraging feedback and building rapport to enhance the overall experience

Qualifications:

Physically able to bend, stoop, and lift heavy objects as needed.
Must be reliable and available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards work.
