*Job Overview*

We're seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher with a completed Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and a Teacher with a bachelor's degree in preschool education or education, or a CDA. In either role, you'll create a safe, welcoming classroom where infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children can learn and grow. Your impact: Consistent, attentive care helps children build skills and confidence while giving families clear, reassuring communication.

*Duties*

* Support age-appropriate teaching and child development instruction through play, routines, and classroom activities.
* Supervise children, maintain a safe environment, and use positive classroom and behavior management.
* Provide infant care, toddler care, and preschool care as assigned; follow applicable first aid, pediatric first aid, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) procedures.
* Communicate with parents about children's routines, progress, and needs; follow mandated reporting laws and center procedures.
* Support children with disabilities and special education needs respectfully, adapting activities and care as appropriate.

*Experience*

* Assistant Teacher applicants must have a completed CDA. Teacher applicants must have a bachelor's degree in preschool education or education, or a CDA.
* Relevant experience may include early childhood education, childcare, daycare or daycare center work, preschool, classroom teaching, and working with young children or students.
* First aid and CPR knowledge is relevant; pediatric first aid experience is a plus.
* Experience with children with disabilities, child supervision, caregiving, nannying, or babysitting is valued.
* Bring a caring approach, clear parent communication, and readiness to support childhood development through teaching and safe care.

Pay: $1,** - $2,** per month
