*Job Summary *
R&D / Validation EngineerWe are seeking an R&D / Validation Engineer to support equipment validation, process qualification, experimental activities, engineering documentation, and R&D initiatives. This position requires a strong technical background, analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Support equipment validation (IQ) and tool qualification (TQF) activities.
* Develop and review validation protocols, reports, and related equipment documentation.
* Design, modify, and review tools and fixtures using SolidWorks.
* Support the qualification of new processes, statistical sampling plans, and development procedures.
* Assist in developing in-process and receiving quality systems for new processes and components.
* Develop equipment evaluations, preventive maintenance (PM), and calibration procedures.
* Define gages, tools, and equipment required for test methods.
* Prepare manufacturing instructions for newly developed test methods.
* Support experimental design and execution, including DOE, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
* Prepare technical reports, experimental documentation, and laboratory records.
* Research and evaluate technologies applicable to R&D and Process Development activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and milestones.
* Maintain compliance with applicable quality, documentation, EHS, and laboratory procedures.
*Academic Preparation & Experience *
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
*Qualifications*
* Relevant scientific or engineering experience in R&D, validation, process development, or a related technical environment.
* Knowledge of equipment validation and qualification.
* SolidWorks knowledge required.
* Experience with validation protocols and technical documentation.
* Knowledge of statistical analysis and sampling plans.
* Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE).
* Strong data analysis, technical writing, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Pay: From $* per hour
