We are seeking a Hotel General Manager who is passionate about hospitality and eager to join a dynamic, dedicated team committed to creating memorable experiences for our guests. As Hotel Manager, you will be the primary leader responsible for overseeing the hotel's daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Requisitos:
• 5+ years of experience leading teams, ideally within the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, or high-volume restaurants.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required due to frequent interaction with domestic and international guests).
• Strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of overall Casino operations, games, slot machines, marketing, staffing, surveillance and security techniques, financial statements, statistical analysis, budgets, cage operations, casino law, regulations and regulatory apparatus, and how it functions.
