Responsibilities:
Maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making. Analyze product, pricing, sales, and manufacturer data to provide actionable insights. Validate master data and product information to ensure accuracy and data integrity. Monitor sales trends and provide regular updates on product performance and market activity. Support pricing, rebate, manufacturer fee, and new product launch analyses. Prepare reports and summaries for manufacturer meetings and business reviews. Manage and maintain product formularies and related documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and data requests. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency. Document and maintain business processes and reporting procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience preferred.
