We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finger Lift to join our manufacturing team. *Duties*

* Operate finger lift machinery and related packaging equipment efficiently, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
* Interpret production documents accurately to ensure proper assembly, packaging, and materials handling processes are followed
* Conduct mechanical troubleshooting on finger lift systems and other industrial equipment to minimize downtime
* Perform routine inspections of equipment to identify wear or malfunction, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations
* Assist with heavy lifting and materials handling tasks using appropriate material handling equipment such as forklifts and hand tools
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety standards in production and warehouse operations
* Support assembly processes by ensuring all components are correctly positioned and secured during production runs

*Qualifications*

* Proven experience operating manufacturing or packaging equipment in a regulated environment, preferably within a GMP or FDA-regulated facility
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues effectively
* Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in manufacturing automation systems
* Knowledge of safety standards in production, including safe operation of material handling equipment like forklifts and warehouse tools
* Ability to interpret production documents, work instructions, and standard operating procedures accurately
* Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks during production processes
* Prior warehouse experience with materials handling, heavy lifting, and industrial assembly preferred
* Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
