• Monitor and directs third-shift activities.
• Provide training to new hires.
• Evaluates employee performance on a timely basis.
• Maintains plant safety and security.
• Responsible for the quality and quantity of ware produced on shift.
• Administer the Company policy, procedures, and programs.
• Enforce organization and housekeeping of the shift.
• Troubleshooting and basic process/equipment situations within programs.
• Responsible for the plant closing procedure at the end of the week.
• Assure all responsibilities of supervised personnel are met.
• Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
Requisitos:
• High school diploma
• Previous experience in the same or similar position in a manufacturing/production environment
• Exposure in injection molding
• GMP Training/SPC Training
• Good set-up skills
• Ability to work with people
• Good working knowledge in injection molding machines
• Available to work from 10:30am-6:30am
