*Job Overview*
Dermaestetic Corp., a distributor of professional skincare products and advanced aesthetic equipment, is seeking a motivated, organized, and sales-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales & Office Coordinator.
This position combines telephone sales and customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who enjoys building relationships with clients, generating sales opportunities and ensuring smooth daily office operations.
The selected candidate will play an important role in supporting our sales team, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, developing new business opportunities and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
? Make outbound sales calls to existing and potential clients to promote our professional skincare products and aesthetic equipment.
? Follow up with clients to generate repeat orders, introduce new products, and identify sales opportunities.
? Respond to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with spas, estheticians, medical spas, and other beauty professionals.
? Contact inactive clients to reactivate accounts and encourage new purchases.
? Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, and training sessions for prospective and existing clients.
? Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and customer orders.
? Work toward individual and company sales goals.
? Manage daily office activities, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating appointments.
? Process customer orders, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks.
? Maintain organized customer databases, sales records, and office documentation.
? Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
? Strong sales skills and confidence making outbound calls.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
? Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
? Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
? Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, and digital communication platforms.
? Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize daily responsibilities.
? Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional.
? Experience in the beauty, skincare, spa, or aesthetic industry is a plus.
