*Overview:*Field Service Technician to become a vital part of delivering exceptional maintenance, repair, and installation services for Diagnostic Images (X-Rays, Sonography Equipment across a variety of technical systems). In this energetic role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain this equipment, to ensure optimal performance for our clients. Your expertise will help keep essential equipment running smoothly, providing reliable solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. *Responsibilities*

* Diagnose and repair a wide range of diagnostics images equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
* Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the instruments
* Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and execute timely repairs to prevent downtime.
* Operate company vehicles safely to travel between job sites, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance recommendations.
* Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs for all completed work to ensure accurate documentation of service history.

*Qualifications*

* Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Equipment repairs or equivalent
* *Preferred *some experience repairing diagnostic images equipment like Xrays, Sonography , CT or MRI Diagnostic equipment.
* Ability to operate company vehicles safely while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
