*Responsibilities*

* Perform various skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures with precision and care.
* Deliver spa services such as body waxing, facial waxing, eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, and makeup application to meet client needs.
* Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and recommend retail products to enhance results and boost sales.
* Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, provide personalized treatment plans, and ensure a positive experience.
* Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products and aesthetic treatments to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
* Support the team by staying updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, techniques, and industry trends.

*Experience*

* Proven experience in skincare services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or dermabrasion.
* Skilled in performing spa services including waxing (body waxing), eyelash extensions, massage therapy (deep tissue massage), and makeup application.
* Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments and other advanced aesthetic procedures is highly desirable.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
* Familiarity with sanitation standards in a spa or salon environment is essential.
* Ability to promote retail sales through product demos and client education effectively.
* Certification in cosmetology or esthetics from an accredited program is required; ongoing training or specialization is a plus.
