Esta posición está dirigida a talento con interés en aprender y desarrollarse en el área técnica de materiales de construcción, específicamente en cemento, concreto, agregados, aditivos, mezclas y comportamiento de materiales en obra. Requisitos Principales
- Bachillerato en Ingeniería Civil, Química o Materiales.
- Conocimiento en programas SAP y Office 365.
- Dominio de Excel.
- Dominio de idiomas: inglés y español.
- Conocimiento deseable o interés en aprender normas ACI/ASTM.
- Disponibilidad para viajar por toda la isla.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar horarios variables (fines de semana de ser requerido).
- Disciplina de seguimiento y fuerte presencia en campo.
- Capacidad analítica y anticipación.
- Disposición para aprender y acompañar clientes en campo.
- Trabajo colaborativo con las áreas de ventas y calidad. Experiencia Deseable
- Experiencia en diseño, ajuste u optimización de mezclas de concreto.
- Se considerarán recién egresados con interés técnico en concreto, materiales o construcción.
- Conocimiento práctico del comportamiento del concreto, incluyendo variables como bombeo, trabajabilidad y desempeño en obra.
- Experiencia en la industria de aditivos para concreto será considerada como un valor añadido.
