We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior management. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and assisting with the preparation of documents and presentations, ensuring effective follow-up on executive priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the executive's schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and administrative activities.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of executive meetings.
- Manage emails, requests, and documentation on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare presentations, minutes, reports, and other documents.
- Follow up on commitments, meetings, and pending matters.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, providing direct support to senior executives such as CEO, CFO, Director, President, Vice President, or equivalent positions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with schedule management, administrative coordination, and managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
