- Autonomously ideate and create large volumes of content across multiple platforms & formats
- Turn cultural moments, trends and internet conversations into relevant content
- Create work that builds real connections with consumers — measured by attention, engagement and impact
- Analyze real-time performance and optimize content based on learnings
- Collaborate cross-functionally on rapid-fire requests & tight timelines
- Partner with Creative Strategists on community responses & real-time opportunities
- Participate in brainstorms, kick-offs & creative strategy conversations — always bringing ideas to the table 🧠 What are we looking for?
- Based in Puerto Rico , with a strong understanding of local culture, trends and internet behavior
- Background in video, writing, art, design — or equivalent hands-on creative experience
- Someone genuinely plugged into TikTok, Instagram and emerging social formats
- Strong end-to-end content creation

- Experience with Adobe Suite, After Effects, Final Cut, Canva or similar
- Comfortable shooting and editing your own content
- A self-starter mindset: responsible, accountable and proactive
- Strong collaboration skills across teams & departments
