For Reliability Support services in the Engineering area
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least five (1) years experience in Maintenance related field in a Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Experience in:
- Basic understanding of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability, mechanical/electrical systems, or engineering principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
- Pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with cGMP, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, commissioning, or equipment qualification is a plus. The Personality Part:

- Support the development and optimization of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs for critical biopharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Assist Engineering and Maintenance teams with equipment reliability assessments, troubleshooting, failure investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze equipment performance and maintenance information to help identify reliability risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Validation, Operations, and Quality teams throughout the equipment lifecycle.
- Support equipment activities during design reviews, commissioning, startup, and IQ/OQ/PQ.
- Assist in developing maintenance strategies that improve equipment availability, reliability, maintainability, and cost effectiveness.
