Quality Assurance Analyst

Kelly, in partnership with Johnson & Johnson, is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst Description: The Quality Assurance Analyst will monitor quality performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, support investigations and complaint management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and applicable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
• Establish and maintain quality assurance programs, procedures, and controls, ensuring that product performance parameters and quality-system elements are continuously measured to support improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and track all sources of quality detractors using the service and complaint databases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards, as well as applicable safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop solutions to database issues of moderate scope and complexity.
• Write standard operating procedures and assist others with their development.
• Generate and identify significant trends and regularly report findings to management and appropriate cross-functional teams.
• Provide advanced technical assistance in the use of information-mapping technology.
• Generate moderately complex statistical summaries.
• Provide support for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) audits. Required Skills and

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in quality assurance.
• Experience in the biotherapeutics and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented approach, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with employees at all levels of the organization. Preferred Skills and

Experience:
• Experience supporting investigations and complaint management.
