A globally recognised Luxury Real Estate Developer are seeking to appoint a Director of Construction
- Amenities, to lead the delivery of a portfolio of high-end amenity projects within one of the Caribbean’s most significant private residential communities. You will take responsibility for projects from inception through completion, providing leadership across construction, programme, budget, quality, procurement and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of multiple luxury amenity construction projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, cost controls and overall delivery
- Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, consultants and vendors
- Coordinate closely with architecture, design, engineering and development teams
- Lead bidding, procurement and contract negotiations
- Monitor construction progress, quality and compliance through regular site involvement
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with design intent and exacting quality standards
- Provide senior leadership across project teams and resolve construction and delivery issues Requirements
- Significant construction/project leadership experience within high-end residential, hospitality, resort or private club developments
- A strong track record delivering complex amenity buildings and facilities such as clubhouses, beach clubs, restaurants, wellness/spa, pools, golf or leisure facilities
- Strong technical understanding of construction methods, sequencing, schedules and architectural drawings
- Experience managing contractors, consultants, procurement and project financials
- The ability to operate successfully within a highly design-led, quality-focused development environment
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline preferred Experience within ultra-luxury resort, private club or destination residential development would be particularly relevant.
