Responsibilities:
- The Manufacturing Technician is integral to the production process, responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to uphold the highest quality standards
- This role involves monitoring production activities, troubleshooting issues, and supporting process improvements. With a focus on detail and safety, the Manufacturing Technician helps maintain the smooth and efficient functioning of the manufacturing operations
- Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems involving the movement of physical components in the manufacturing area
- Assisting engineers with developing technical solutions related to the operation and performance of devices and systems
- Installs, repairs, and upgrades components of mechanical devices and systems in the manufacturing area
- Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment
- Conducts quality assurance/control tests and procedures
Qualifications:
- Associate/Bachelor Degree (Electronic, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology or related)
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- SAP knowledge
- Vision System basic knowledge
- PLC basic knowledge
- Proficient Knowledge on the interpretation of electrical and mechanical schematics
- Troubleshooting knowledge on electronic and mechanical components, equipment or systems
