About the Role
The Network Solutions Architect plays a key role in designing, supporting, and maintaining technology infrastructure for our clients. You will act as a strategic advisor and technical expert, ensuring that network systems are secure, reliable, and tailored to each client's needs. 🔔 This position is fully on-site and requires regular travel to client facilities across the island. • Travel required across client locations What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, assessing IT needs and delivering customized solutions.
• Install, configure, and support hardware, software, networks, servers, and wireless systems.
• Manage and monitor network security, including firewalls, antivirus, access controls, and group policies.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and Wi-Fi controllers.
• Support the deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of Windows and/or Linux servers, cloud environments, and virtualization platforms.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support, including troubleshooting, user training, and onboarding.
• Maintain and organize databases; analyze performance trends to assist in decision-making.
• Document system changes and create clear, user-friendly technical guides.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and remote personnel to coordinate infrastructure needs.
• Recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and security. What You Bring
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• A customer-first mindset and proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN, switching, routing, firewalls, Wi-Fi controllers, and telephony systems.
• Experience with server configuration, cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS), backup management, and IT documentation.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, systems integration, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Proven experience in infrastructure management and hands-on technical support roles.
