Consultant - Warehouse & Operations

We are seeking a Consultant (Warehouse & Operations-Supply Chain) with strong expertise in warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain execution to support consulting engagements across medium to large warehouse environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess warehouse and inventory processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Lead operational reviews (layout, workflows, inventory accuracy, labor productivity).
• Develop practical recommendations to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and facilitate workshops and discovery sessions.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience working in medium to large distribution/warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and operational KPIs.
• Experience working with clients in consulting or advisory roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred).
