We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Mechanical Project Coordinator in Guaynabo/Carolina, Puerto Rico, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet. Here's
what you'll need
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 4+ years of construction site experience preferred
• Ability to review and assist with Mechanical Drawings, Equipment & Piping (M/E/P) scopes of work from the initial Bid Phase
• Experience with the management of a project schedule.
• Ability to create diagrams per construction design, AutoCad experience a plus Ideally, you’ll also have
• Pharma experience
• Collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning
• Excellent communications skill
• Proficient in use of software as Power Point, Excel, Word, 3D Model, and Bluebeam
• Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers
• Attend constructability reviews , #Bio/Pharma, #EPCMV, #globallifescience, #Construction, #Engineering Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you and in the things you care about.
