Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in San Juan, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning and delivery, including defining scope, timelines, and resources, and coordinating project activities across internal teams, clients, and external partners. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing risks and issues, preparing status reports, facilitating meetings, and ensuring that project outcomes align with client objectives and CoMaSo’s quality standards. The role also involves optimizing logistics and expediting processes, coordinating inspections, and ensuring that deliverables meet technical, regulatory, and contractual requirements. The Project Manager will contribute to continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and refining project management practices. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess skills in Expediting and Expeditor functions, ensuring timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Inspection processes, including coordinating and reviewing quality, compliance, and performance checks.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills for organizing resources, schedules, and supply chains to support project execution.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience working in consulting, professional services, or complex project environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in common project management tools and office software.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an asset.
