• Senior Project Coordinator Job Summary The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing support in project coordination, maintaining execution priorities, and facilitating communication across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant project coordination experience, preferably within pharmaceutical capital projects or CQV programs. Qualifications
• Minimum of 10+ years of project coordination experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical capital projects or CQV programs is preferred.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, resource coordination, action tracking, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to support a large, complex, multi-year project.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support day-to-day project activities.
• Maintain execution priorities and ensure project milestones are met.
• Track project progress, identify and address issues, and report on project status.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among various project teams.
• Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks to meet objectives within timelines.
