The Benefits Advisor will be responsible for providing employee benefits guidance, insurance options, customer service, training, and driving sales. The role will involve supporting employees with their benefit selections and ensuring they understand the available options.

Qualifications:
• Employee Benefits, Insurance, and Customer Service skills
• Sales experience(preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and understand benefit options
• Experience in customer service roles
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field(preferred)
