In this full-time, hybrid role, you will coordinate client needs, solve operational issues, and help improve processes across technical and business areas. 🔍 What will you do in this role?
• Coordinate client requests and small projects across technical and business teams, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Provide first-line support for product and operational issues, escalating incidents and exceptions when needed.
• Gather, organize, and analyze information about current procedures, problems, and client needs.
• Evaluate data and available solutions to recommend process, system, or organizational improvements.
• Document findings, procedures, and recommendations, and support the smooth implementation of approved changes.
• Support operational planning and department objectives, including budget preparation and automation-related initiatives. ✅ What we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience and the ability to work effectively with internal and external clients.
• Strong analytical, research, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and computer skills. ⭐ Additional qualifications we value
