Quality Technician

For Quality Technician services in the Manufacturing area. WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part:
• Bachelors Degree and at least one (1) year of previous exposure within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
• Bilingual: (English and Spanish)
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
• Responsible for defining and specifying activities, processes and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for material, component or products.
• Manages changes in documentation and provides training as applicable.
• Supports the sterilization process qualification activities
• Audits, monitors and determines the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards.
• Ensures efficient and effective workflow, procedures, policy and inspection programs.
• Manages in-process product quality with vendors. Communicates with customers/vendors in resolving quality-related issues.
• Reports and troubleshoots manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods.
• Uses various measuring devices, testing equipment, predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to accept or reject materials, products associated to the sterilization process. BEING A FITS PIECE COMES WITH PERKS:
