Supervisor – Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB)

laboratory organizations to deliver specialized services for critical environments.
What You'll Do
• Lead TAB projects from planning through successful completion.
• Supervise and mentor field technicians.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Serve as the primary customer contact.
• Review technical reports and project deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, scope, profitability, and timelines.
• Resolve technical challenges and mitigate project risks.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Qualifications Experience in TAB, HVAC, Commissioning, or related industries.
• Project management experience from start to finish.
• Experience leading field teams.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Puerto Rico.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or laboratory environments. Why Join SSA?
