Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Analyst, based in Guaynabo with flexibility for partial remote work. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing clients' digital platforms, ensuring their proper functioning, maintenance and growth, as well as providing the necessary analytical and strategic support to the different areas of the Marketing Department, according to the team's priorities and in direct coordination with the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration [Sales & Marketing concentration preferred]
Advanced communication skills in Spanish and English [Verbal and Written Communication]
Proficiency in Microsoft Office | Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Design, analysis, and effective management of databases
Ability to analyze information, sales statistics, market data, and metrics in marketing campaigns.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in a similar role or with similar responsibilities.
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Leadership and initiative in pursuing opportunities
