Descripción del Puesto

¿Tienes experiencia en contabilidad y fondos federales como CDBG-DR?

Estamos en búsqueda de un Contable proactivo, detallista y comprometido con la transparencia fiscal, para unirse a nuestro equipo del Proyecto PTOL, financiado por fondos CDBG-DR/MIT.

Serás responsable de gestionar el ciclo contable completo, garantizar el uso correcto de los fondos asignados, cumplir con las regulaciones fiscales y preparar informes financieros y regulatorios a través de plataformas oficiales.

Responsabilidades Clave

1. Gestión Financiera y Contabilidad General
Manejo del ciclo contable completo: registro, clasificación, conciliaciones bancarias y cierres mensuales.
Emisión de pagos a empleados y suplidores.
Elaboración de informes financieros mensuales.

2. Control de Fondos CDBG-DR/MIT
Monitoreo del uso de fondos según lineamientos fiscales y presupuestarios.
Preparación de transferencias/modificaciones presupuestarias.

3. Informes Regulatorios
Preparación y presentación de informes fiscales requeridos por el Departamento de Vivienda.
Uso de plataformas: libros rápidos
Portal de cumplimiento de subvenciones
Café del vendedor

4. Políticas y Cumplimiento Fiscal
Redacción/actualización de políticas fiscales internas.
Implementación de controles internos y procesos de auditoría.

5. Adquisiciones e Inventario
Gestión de compras conforme al presupuesto.
Mantenimiento de registros de materiales y equipos con inventario rotulado (PTOL).

6. Auditorías y Capacitación
Archivo y custodia de documentación administrativa y fiscal.
Participación en monitoreos, reuniones y adiestramientos oficiales.

Requisitos del Puesto

Formación Académica:
Bachillerato en Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.

Experiencia:
Experiencia previa en manejo de fondos públicos o subvenciones federales (preferiblemente CDBG-DR).
Dominio del ciclo completo de contabilidad, conciliaciones bancarias y cierres.
Conocimiento en contribuciones fiscales de individuos y corporaciones.

Conocimientos Técnicos:
Manejo de Grant Compliance Portal y Vendor Café (deseable).
Familiaridad con las regulaciones fiscales aplicables a fondos CDBG-DR/MIT.

Habilidades:
Organización, planificación y atención al detalle.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con múltiples plazos.
Redacción clara de informes financieros y técnicos.
Toma de decisiones informadas y éticas en temas fiscales.

Disponibilidad:
Para asistir a reuniones y adiestramientos convocados por agencias fiscalizadoras.
Para mantenerse actualizado(a) en normativas de fondos federales.
