The Role
We are looking for a Creative Director who understands that creativity is not decoration—it's a commercial growth driver. This role owns creative direction end-to-end: concept, execution, and performance alignment. You will be accountable for how brands show up visually, verbally, and experientially—and how that presence drives engagement, preference, and revenue.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams across design, content, digital, and campaign production while ensuring that strategy translates into breakthrough creative output.

Key Responsabilities
Define and elevate the creative vision across brands and campaigns
Translate strategic briefs into differentiated, high-impact creative concepts
Lead campaign development from ideation through production and launch
Ensure consistency across retail, digital, social, experiential, and in-store touchpoints
Partner closely with Strategy, Sales, Trade, and Leadership to align creative with commercial goals
Mentor and develop creative talent while establishing strong workflows and quality control standards
Present and defend creative concepts with clarity and authority
Monitor performance metrics and optimize creative output based on data—not opinion
Stay ahead of cultural, digital, and design trends to keep brands relevant and competitive

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in creative leadership within an agency or brand environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, brand systems, and campaign execution
Experience leading designers, content creators, and cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of brand positioning and performance marketing principles
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Highly organized, decisive, and results-oriented
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
