Functional Consultant

Note: We need a contractor for this role and it has to be local and based out of Vega Baja, PR. The candidate must speak Spanish and English for this role.

Required Technologies
knowledge in Pharma Domain
Client interfacing and strong communication skills (Spanish language is a plus)
Drug Manufacturing domain expertise, Serialization
Knowledge on SAP, LMS and QTS systems.

• Independent and can/has handled deployments with sites globally

• Interact with the global customers and their functional SME's in gathering the requirements.

• Drug Manufacturing Domain expertise

• Pharma Industry experience is a plus

• Configure and Validate site-specific LMS solution

• To be able to train users and perform change management activities

• User(s) Management

• Excellent Communication skills

• Client Interaction mandatory

• Team management Skills

• Work across multiple teams and timezones

• Guide the client through the development process and build trust with the customer by managing the customer expectations be it technical or timely communications
