Role Description

The Project Coordinator will support Food Safety and Operational Excellence initiatives across multiple client projects. While the primary focus will be supporting an active food safety program, the role also provides exposure to additional operational, compliance, and process improvement projects across different clients.

This is a part-time, hands-on role designed for students or early-career professionals looking to gain real-world experience. The selected candidate will receive training, mentorship, and ongoing guidance while working closely with the consulting team and client stakeholders.

This role offers meaningful exposure to audits, regulatory compliance, field testing, documentation management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Student (3rd year or above), intern, or recent graduate.

Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, or a related field (preferred, not required)
Interest in food safety, operations, compliance, or process improvement.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic analytical and reporting skills.
Willingness to learn and take on hands-on, field-based tasks.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
