Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager Engineer based in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico, with some remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include overseeing project management tasks, expediting processes and deliveries, coordinating inspection activities, and managing logistics for construction and terminal operations. The role will involve ensuring project timelines, quality control, and efficiency across various operational sectors. The Project Manager Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and optimize project workflows.

Qualifications
Experience in Expediting and tasks related to improving timeline efficiency and delivery coordination.
Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Skills in conducting Inspection and ensuring quality control in manufacturing or construction processes.
Competency in Logistics Management for handling the movement, storage, and allocation of resources.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, along with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
Experience in terminal or construction operations is a plus.
