House Manager

We are looking for a dependable and proactive House Manager and Personal Assistant to support a private household. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping a home running smoothly, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay range is $15-22/hr depending on experience with regular annual raises.

Typical responsibilities include:

• General housekeeping, cleaning, and organization
• Laundry and basic home upkeep
• Grocery shopping and running errands
• Simple meal prep and cooking based on provided instructions
• Coordinating with household vendors and service providers
• Managing deliveries, scheduling, and household logistics
• Airport pickups and drop offs as needed

This is a part time position with a semi flexible schedule, starting at 2 to 3 days per week, with the opportunity for additional hours over time with stellar performance.

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Have prior experience as a house manager, personal assistant, or similar role
• Be organized, reliable, and detail oriented
• Be comfortable cooking and following structured meal prep plans
• Be able to manage errands and household tasks efficiently
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Be willing and able to pass a criminal background check and pre employment drug screening in accordance with applicable law
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and respect for privacy
