Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with some flexibility for remote work. The Talent Coordinator will play a key role in managing talent-related tasks and processes. Responsibilities include coordinating talent recruitment, facilitating onboarding procedures, providing administrative assistance, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The role also involves maintaining open and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and partners.
Experience in Talent Management and Onboarding processes, including recruiting, training, and new hire support.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and documentation management.
Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Familiarity with marketing or event production industries is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
