Our client, Manpower Group, a leading industrial company providing office and warehouse space solutions is seeking a Junior Property Manager to ensure smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, and the successful execution of construction and maintenance projects.

Base Salary: $60K

Benefits include: Health Plan, phone/car allowance, others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Junior Property Manager will assist with CAPEX and construction projects, create and update AutoCAD drawings, and coordinate maintenance with contractors. 
  • They will oversee building systems, implement preventive maintenance, manage inventories, and supervise technicians. 
  • The role also includes maintaining tenant relations, preparing reports and cost estimates, and supporting safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering (preferred)
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD (a must) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel mostly).
  • Availability to rotate between industrial parks (6 in total, Area Metro)
