Title: CQV Project Manager – Onsite (Puerto Rico)
Location: Puerto Rico (Onsite)
Experience: Senior / Lead level (15+ years)
Industry: Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Biotech

We are seeking an experienced CQV Project Manager to lead a full-scope Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) project onsite in Puerto Rico. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong front-end CQV planning and team management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end CQV activities from planning through execution and closeout
Develop Validation Master Plan (VMP) and CQV systems lists
Create front-end CQV planning documents and integrated CQV schedules
Lead and manage a team of CQV engineers to deliver a full-service CQV project
Ensure compliance with cGMP/FDA and project timelines

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of CQV experience in Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech
Proven experience as a CQV Project Manager or Lead
Strong expertise in VMP authoring, systems list, and CQV planning
Ability to work onsite in Puerto Rico

Preferred:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) – highly preferred
Prior project experience in Puerto Rico
