Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence in English and Spanish.
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Support administrative processes such as purchasing, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff.
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree in any field required.
Previous experience in administrative or office support roles.
Proficiency with office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
