*1. Position Summary*

The Technical Services Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, executing, and overseeing technical service operations related to the maintenance, repair, and commissioning of power generation equipment, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout Puerto Rico.

This role requires a highly technical, proactive, and self-directed professional with the ability to work independently without constant direct supervision, adapt to a dynamic environment, and professionally represent the company with customers, vendors, and manufacturers.

*2. Key Responsibilities*

* Coordinate and perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, as well as equipment commissioning.
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system failures, both on-site and remotely.
* Supervise and follow up on work performed by the technical team, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Prepare and submit technical reports, timesheets, expense reports, and service documentation within established deadlines.
* Coordinate activities with customers, external vendors, and internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, and global services).
* Ensure proper and efficient use of company tools, spare parts, and assets.
* Maintain clear, professional, and continuous communication with customers, strengthening business relationships.
* Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards, internal procedures, and manufacturer guidelines.
* Report activities and progress using digital communication and tracking tools.

*3. Minimum Requirements*

* Technical education in Industrial Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Systems, or related fields.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in gas or diesel engine maintenance, preferably in industrial plants or power generation.
* Solid knowledge of internal combustion engines, power electrical systems, instrumentation, control, and automation.
* Ability to interpret technical manuals and mechanical and electrical drawings.
* Experience using diagnostic software and technical tools.
* Knowledge and application of industrial safety standards (OSHA).
* Availability to travel throughout Puerto Rico based on operational needs.
* Availability for international travel when required.
* Fluent in Spanish and professional-level English (spoken and written).

*4. Preferred Qualifications*

* Previous experience with Jenbacher engines.
* Experience with Caterpillar or Waukesha engines.
* Experience supervising or coordinating technical teams.
* Knowledge of technical platforms or service management systems.
* Previous experience in industrial environments or distributed generation.

*5. Position Conditions*

* On-site position with frequent field work. Remote work when there are no active assignments.
